Founder & CEO
Joshua started Real Estate Investment
Results back in 2008 and has done
over 30 deals in the La Crosse, WI area.
Lara Dudgeon
Co-Owner & Office Manager
Lara recently joined the team at the
home office. She has been a part of
REIR since the beginning, but is
stepping into a bigger role now. She
will help manage daily office
operations, as well as communication
with our build team.
MICHELLE BOEHMKE
Graphic Designer
Michelle joined our team in January of
2019 and she designs our monthly
Private Jet as well as brochures,
magazines, reports, advertisements,
and other communication materials.
Jordan Lessard
Digital Media Strategist
Jordan joined our team in June of
2020 and is responsible for planning,
developing, and implementing our
overall digital marketing strategy and
online presence.
Wade Kendhammer
Project Manager
Wade joined our team in April of 2023
and manages the day-to-schedule of
our La Crosse team. He acts as a liaison
to the home office and keeps our new
build projects running smoothly.
Mike Oliver
Carpenter
Mike joined our La Crosse team in
April of 2022 and has impressed our
team with amazing carpentry skills –
always striving for perfection.
