Joshua Dudgeon has been a real estate investor since 2008. He is the founder of Real Estate Investment Results, a real estate investing business that funds deals for rehabs and new building projects through private money lenders. Joshua’s clientele relationships are his #1 Business Priority. Joshua’s real estate investing portfolio has both houses for rent and houses for sale. Joshua is married to his college sweetheart, Lara. They live with their five children in southwestern Wisconsin. Joshua enjoys running, going on annual trips with his family, and cooking. He often cooks for his family and likes to try new recipes. He is a lifelong learner and is always reading a book… or two… or more! He makes time in his busy schedule to mentor his family, friends, and anyone who will listen.
